Secretary, Director of Programs

Martez Gurley EL serves as the Director of Programs for Malon’s Project and is the Secretary of the Executive Board. With over a decade of experience in the international business sector, he has specialized in importing and exporting sports apparel as the CEO of IE Global Inc.

In addition to his business endeavors, Mr. Gurley EL is deeply committed to community development and workforce empowerment. He is the Executive Director of FaithWorks, Inc., a faith-based staffing agency under Malon’s Project, where he plays a pivotal role in assisting returning citizens with job training and placement. His background also includes experience in the medical field as an orthopedic technician and medical assistant.

Driven by a passion for uplifting individuals in need, Mr. Gurley EL’s mission is to equip communities with essential resources that foster pro-social lifestyles. As a mentor, author, and motivational speaker, he believes in the transformative power of faith, emphasizing that God, the Greatest Giver of Gifts, views all with mercy and compassion.
